Julienne KrennrichTechnology Commercialization Associate, Technology Commercialization GroupJulienne Krennrich joined the Technology Commercialization Group in January 2009. She received a Ph.D. in 2002 in Condensed Matter Physics from Iowa State University and a B.S. in Chemistry in 1995 from Creighton University. She is expecting to complete an M.B.A., with a specialization in Finance, from Iowa State in August 2009. Krennrich was formerly a post doctoral researcher at the U.S. Department of Energy's Ames Laboratory, studying the magnetic properties of various metal oxides, such as spin-chains, high-TC superconductors and related materials. She was also a post doctoral researcher at U.S. Department of Energy's Argonne National Laboratory, developing high pressure synthesis techniques and using neutron and synchrotron X-ray nondestructive evaluation techniques to characterize materials. Krennrich has also been a graduate assistant in Iowa State's College of Business and a research consultant to the U.S. Center for Citizen Diplomacy in Des Moines, Iowa. She served a one-year term as president of the MBA Association at Iowa State.
